All Sales Final After Delivery: What That Means on PerkShelf

The warranty line on every product is the policy: all sales final after the code is delivered. Read that before you pay, especially on coupons you must redeem yourself.

Every catalog item carries the same line: all sales final after the code is delivered. That is not a ranking slogan. It is the refund boundary.

Delivered means the payload is in your order

When Purchase History (or the Telegram message) shows the coupon, key, link, or login, delivery happened. You can still fail the vendor checkout by picking the wrong plan, using an existing Premium Spotify account on a new-user coupon, or opening a Google link while signed into the wrong Gmail. Those are redemption mistakes on the vendor side. They do not reopen the PerkShelf sale.

Not delivered yet

If the charge succeeded and the payload is missing, the order is treated as pending fulfillment. Keep the order ID. Do not buy the same SKU again expecting a duplicate send to fix it. An operator pastes the code or refunds from /admin. There is no script that refunds on a failed vendor call.

What we will not promise

PerkShelf does not guarantee a vendor will keep a plan name, a credit table, or a checkout row unchanged for the whole term. Listings describe the current plan as written on the product page. Higgsfield's public table moving from Pro to other names is an example: apply the code on the row it names, or stop and ask support.

Factory AI Pro stays listed when it is out of stock so the URL does not vanish. You cannot buy it until stock returns.
