1. Acceptance of Terms & Electronic Contract
By accessing or using the PerkShelf platform, including our website located at perkshelf.dev, automated Telegram interfaces (@perkshelfbot), and related application programming interfaces (the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any portion of the Services.
2. Description of Services & Platform Architecture
PerkShelf operates as an independent wholesale distribution and aggregation marketplace for digital developer promotional vouchers, partner allocations, single-use subscription coupon codes, and verified software license assets. PerkShelf operates independently and provides programmatic fulfillment directly to developers, engineering teams, and authorized resellers.
3. Account Registration, Credentials & Security
To utilize certain features, including the prepaid wallet and programmatic reseller APIs, you may establish a user account or link a verified Telegram identifier. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, API keys, and session tokens. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or API key. PerkShelf reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious automated behavior or fraudulent payment patterns.
4. Digital Order Fulfillment & Automated Delivery
All products distributed through PerkShelf are intangible digital assets. Delivery is completed electronically via our real-time order dashboard or direct Telegram chat payload within seconds of confirmed payment or wallet balance deduction. Certain tools may require the purchaser to follow provider-mandated onboarding steps, such as inputting a promo code at checkout or linking an existing third-party profile.
5. Digital Goods Fulfillment & Strict All-Sales-Final Policy
Due to the irrevocable, non-tangible, and instantaneous nature of digital vouchers, promotional codes, software keys, and account upgrade tokens, all purchases, balance deductions, and transactions processed on PerkShelf are strictly final, non-cancellable, non-reversible, and non-refundable once the digital voucher or license key has been generated, displayed, or dispatched to your account.
Once a digital code, key, or promotional link has been transmitted, it is permanently exposed and cannot be restocked, cancelled, or returned. Consequently:
- No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or changes of mind.
- No refunds will be granted where a customer fails to supply their own third-party prerequisites (including, without limitation, providing a valid credit card or virtual card for identity verification where required by the manufacturer for $0 activation).
- Any customer-initiated payment chargeback, unauthorized dispute, or payment reversal through a financial institution, bank, or payment gateway shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of the customer's account, revocation of active API keys, and permanent blacklisting from the platform.
6. Prepaid Balances, Currency Conversion & Top-Ups
Customers may deposit funds into their PerkShelf prepaid wallet via approved cryptocurrency networks (USDT/USDC) and Binance Pay. Deposited wallet balances are non-interest-bearing and may only be redeemed for products available in our live catalog.
7. Third-Party Trademarks & Independence Disclaimer
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks displayed on PerkShelf (including, but not limited to, Lovable, Warp, Factory, Google Gemini, Supabase, Runway, ElevenLabs, n8n, Notion, Linear, Microsoft, and LinkedIn) are the property of their respective holders. Use of these names, trademarks, and brands does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership with PerkShelf. PerkShelf operates independently as a secondary marketplace and wholesale distributor of legally acquired partner passes and promotional credits.
8. Reseller API Terms & Rate Limiting
Holders of a valid psk_live_... API key are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to query catalog endpoints and execute programmatic orders against their prepaid balance. Reseller API requests are capped at 60 requests per minute per key. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attempts will trigger immediate IP bans and key invalidation.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES AND ALL DIGITAL ASSETS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PERKSHELF, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR DELIVERED DIGITAL GOODS.
10. Modifications to Terms & Contact Information
PerkShelf reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
