1. Commitment to Data Privacy

PerkShelf (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is built with a strict privacy-first architecture. We minimize data collection to the absolute operational baseline required to credit balances, dispatch digital license keys, and provide technical support. We do not track users across the web, deploy third-party advertising cookies, or monetize customer data.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you interact with our platform (web portal or Telegram bot), we may collect the following data:

• Account Identifiers: An email address or connected Telegram handle used to bind your digital wallet and order vault.
• Transaction Proofs: Blockchain transaction hashes (TXIDs) and Binance Pay reference IDs submitted to verify incoming deposits.
• Order Records: Product slugs, timestamps, generated license keys, and delivery status logs stored securely in Convex Cloud.
• Support Communications: Inquiries, ticket subjects, and messages voluntarily submitted to our support team.

3. What We Never Collect or Store

PerkShelf does not collect, process, or store sensitive financial identity assets:

• We do not store credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.
• We never ask for or store private cryptocurrency keys or seed phrases.
• We do not collect government-issued photo IDs, passports, or social security numbers.

4. Upstream Isolation & Zero-Leak Architecture

When orders are routed through our fulfillment layer to partner wholesalers, all customer-identifying information is strictly scrubbed. Upstream partners receive only an opaque internal SKU and a randomly generated order nonce (e.g. PS-ORD-8F291A). Upstream suppliers never receive your email, IP address, Telegram handle, or payment source.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Order histories and delivered license vouchers are retained within your encrypted account vault so that you can retrieve your codes at any time. If you wish to purge your account records, you may submit an erasure request via support ticket or email support@perkshelf.dev. We will permanently wipe your account records within 72 hours, excluding anonymized financial accounting logs required for regulatory compliance.

6. Security & Infrastructure Safeguards

All web traffic to perkshelf.dev is secured with TLS 1.3 encryption and enterprise Cloudflare edge security. Real-time application state is managed on SOC 2 compliant Convex Cloud infrastructure with database-level access rules.
