Streaming listings come in three shapes, and the shape decides what you need on your side. A code or activation link upgrades the account you already use. A ready account is a separate login that is already paid for. Read the delivery line on each product page before you buy.
Codes and links on your own account
- YouTube Premium, 3 months ($4.99): a promotional code redeemed at youtube.com/redeem. It needs a US connection, a card on the Google account to activate, and may need a Google account that never had Premium.
- Apple TV, 12 months, activation link ($17.99): no card needed. Create or sign in to the Apple Account on a US connection, open the link, then switch the VPN off.
- Crunchyroll Mega Fan ($6.99 a month, or $34.99 for a year as a 12-digit code): activated on your own Crunchyroll email, with four streams at once and offline downloads.
Ready accounts
- Prime Video Ultra, 6 months ($2.99) and Prime Video, 6 months ($4.99): private logins with six profiles. Streaming only: do not rent, buy or change the payment method.
- Apple TV, 6 or 12 months, account ($17.99 for 12 months): a separate Apple login with the subscription on it, for people who would rather not touch their own Apple ID.
- Peacock, 1 year ($5.99) and Netflix 4K, 1 month ($2.99): logins delivered after payment; keep the payment details as they are.
Which one should you pick?
If you want the plan on the account you already use, buy a code or link. If you want a separate login that does not touch your own account, buy a ready account. Either way the sale is final once the code, link or login is delivered, so check the conditions first.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a VPN?
Only where the listing says so. YouTube Premium and the Apple TV link need a US connection when you redeem; ready accounts do not.
Will I be charged after the term?
Codes and links that ask for a card can renew at the vendor's own price. Turn off auto-renew in the vendor's settings right after activation.
