What does PerkShelf sell?
Listed digital vouchers for AI, developer and software tools: coupon codes, upgrade links, license keys and a few ready accounts. Every product page says which one you get. See how PerkShelf vouchers work.
How do I pay?
Top up your wallet with Binance Pay, USDT or USDC on the networks listed at checkout, or Wise. Then buy from the wallet. Crypto credits after Binance marks the deposit successful; Wise credits automatically when the transfer lands on our Wise profile. See paying with crypto and paying with Wise.
Do I get the code straight away?
Usually yes. After a wallet purchase the code, link or login shows on screen and stays in Purchase History. If delivery is slow, the order waits as pending and retries on its own until the code is stored. You are not charged twice.
Is the code for my own account?
Coupons, upgrade links and license keys go on an account you control, so your files and history stay put. Ready-account listings are a delivered login; change the password straight away.
Do I need a credit card?
Not to pay PerkShelf. Some vendors ask for a card or virtual card at their checkout with $0 due. See the $0 card check.
Can I get a refund?
If we cannot deliver an order, support can refund it to your PerkShelf wallet. Once a code, link or login is shown, the sale is final, because a digital code cannot be taken back. See all sales final.
My crypto payment says not found. What now?
Wait for Binance to confirm the deposit, check the network and amount, and paste the TxID again. We also save the ID and keep checking. See crypto payment not found.
Is the Telegram bot the same shop?

Can I resell PerkShelf products from my own store?
Yes. The reseller API lets your store read stock, buy and fetch delivered codes.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from your dashboard or message @jordymass on Telegram with your invoice number. A person replies.
