Is PerkShelf Legit? How to Check a Voucher Shop Before You Pay

A practical checklist for any voucher shop, and how PerkShelf answers each point: delivery type, payment matching, failed deliveries, and support.

The risk with any discounted software shop is buying without knowing what you will get or what happens when something goes wrong. Here is what to check before paying anyone, and how PerkShelf handles each point.

1. Does the listing say exactly what is delivered?

A good listing tells you whether you get a coupon, an upgrade link, a license key or a ready login, and which vendor plan it applies to. Every PerkShelf product page states the delivery type, the plan, the term and the redemption steps. Read them before you pay. See coupon vs link vs ready account.

2. When does the shop take your money?

PerkShelf works from a wallet. A top-up credits only after the payment is actually found: a Binance Pay ID or TxID that Binance has marked successful, or a Wise transfer that has landed on our profile. Screenshots are not proof of payment and nothing is credited from one.

3. What happens if the code does not arrive?

If delivery fails after your wallet is charged, the order stays pending and the shop keeps retrying in the background until the code is stored. You are not charged twice, and support can refund an undeliverable order to your wallet.

4. Can you see your orders later?

Every code, link or login stays in Purchase History on the website, and in the order message in Telegram.

5. Is there a person to talk to?

Support tickets are in your dashboard and @jordymass answers on Telegram.

What PerkShelf does not promise

We do not offer warranties or money-back guarantees on delivered codes. Once a code, link or login is shown, the sale is final. Vendors also set their own rules, such as new-user-only offers and country locks, which the listing names when they apply. See new-user and region rules.

Frequently asked questions

How are PerkShelf prices set?

Prices follow live supplier rates and can move. Each product page shows the vendor's own list price next to ours for comparison.

What should I do before my first order?

Start with a small top-up, buy one listing, and redeem it. Read the product page's delivery type and redemption steps first.
